  2. I appreciate this on more than one level. I still wonder if selling my handgun after letting it sleep undisturbed in a bureau drawer for 16 years was a wise decision–it gave me great comfort to have it, and great temptation.


  3. While I realize the need for self-protection, particularly when one is vulnerable due to infirmity–I have to wonder what the cost is to spirit, if one is forced to kill someone in self-defense. Must be heavy.
