  2. Wonderful evocation of place, time, mood, colour. I absolutely loved this one Paul. You put me right there – all that was missing was a glass of wine in my hand! Fabulous.


  3. This takes me back, not to Italy but to Greece where life’s zest and colour adorns every landscape and breathes a lusty meaning to all intent. I adore the images here and the memories they evoke. I think Greece is where I first learned to live and really feel. How is it that these nations seem to do that so very well? Passion in every pore. Just as your poem describes.
