  2. This is so good. I used to read that passage and just cringe for Peter, too easy to personalize it–but then my fave Bible teacher, Joseph Prince, taught on the complete story, which shows that Jesus restored Peter’s ministry to him; entrusting this weak man who betrayed Him with His confidence that Peter would do a great job. If that doesn’t display Jesus’ great love for the weak and fearful blabbermouths among us, I don’t know what would–it certainly encouraged me.
