  1. Certainly to start – that painting is phenomenally powerful! How beautiful that is. I’ve never seen it before…. With that as a background to your words I must say that each of them – one by one – fell into a succinct harmony with us, humanity, our shortcomings backlit by the things our spirits need, a conversation with God, something perhaps as flitting as a child asking God most dearly for a pony – or so powerful as George Washington on bended knee at Valley Forge severely asking for the suffering of others to end…. Words simply can not capture that. Yours come about as close as I have ever seen Paul….
