  1. Six mornings a week Shirley and I can be found in a little cafe ‘La Salle Verte’ sipping away the most sublime coffee this side of The Channel – I must show the owner your poem from my mobile I have a feeling she’ll rather like it!

  2. I can’t say enough good about this magnificent creation! Makes me think seriously about becoming a daily coffee drinker instead of on who just has a cup or two a week! Well done, Paul!

  3. Very nice Paul! I was telling my neighbor this morning, I had to get the coffee brewing before I could function. The anticipation of smelling it made me salivate. Blessings and peace. 🙂

  4. Perfect timing. We have been craving Columbian coffee and found a new shop in Texas with the smoothest coffee possible. Very nicely penned. I can still taste the coffee in your works!

I always see brilliant work by Paul F. Lenzi, found on https://poesypluspolemics.wordpress.com/ and I just have to say this one is a personal favorite. He is one of the writers who writes like I wish I could write. The artwork he selected is also beautiful, done by Mark Kazav. And this subject matter is of course a personal favorite also. I enjoyed the poem one sip at a time.

  6. Hi Paul,
Nice to see you stopped by poemsperday again…. I’ve a new book of Lent prayer-poems together for 2016.
Best & Blessings… and enjoy the brew (we’re in Hawaii right now with a coffee grower next door)
