I am horizon
celestial seam
where convene
men and angels
in purpose
more noble
than flesh
more human
than holy
I am horizon
a meeting place
realms of creation
convergent
enabling exchange
of learned wisdom
in mutual aid
of abiding
respect
I am horizon
edged joinery
piecing the land
sea and sky
treelines drawn
from the hemlines
of heaven the end
and beginning
of everything
Wow!

Somewhere on the border of poetry and science. I can’t help wishing I had written this one and you had written The Rime of the Ancient Mariner. 🙂

I like that you see the poem itself as a sort of horizon

I wish the horizon where people meet was as cleanly approached.

at least we can work on our little piece of it

The convergence theme is excellent, linking the celestial to the physical. Seamless, like the horizon.
