Sometimes everything has to be enscribed across the heavens so you can find the one line already written inside you. Sometimes it takes a great sky to find that small, bright, and indescribable wedge of freedom in your own heart. David Whyte

In the counseling that I do, I often engage clients in discussions about the differences between knowledge and belief, and the limits of both. Knowledge is constantly being upgraded as our set of facts is refined. Beliefs are based on the premises that someone what about existence. Thus, our conversations often shift from the idea of absolutes, to clarifying our set of facts and elucidating our premises.

Wow! I love how you can tell that truth and pass on a complete message with so few words! That’s a skill I have to learn. Thank you so much for stopping by my blog and liking my poem, now that I see yours, I’m wondering what there was to like about mine. LOL! Thank you.

I was just having a conversation with my best friend last evening about this very topic. One of the things he says all the time is “So you think, so it is…whether it is or not” LOL may sound convoluted but so many times we talk ourselves so strongly into a position that we will assert as correct/true and truth is that we still need to question…
