“Morning Heat” by Georgiana Romanovna
Bandits
trash can tipped over
wilted bones of a salad
raccoons on the prowl
Quarrelsome
fluttering loudly
eyelids assert themselves
argue with the dawn
Winter Garden
hostas cut to the quick
shoulders hunker and shiver
dreaming of snowmelt
(these were all originally posted January 2014)
Those are great haiku!

The images made me laugh, very inventive. Haiku is not easy. Kudos.

Like your haiku/senryu and impressive painting inserted, but unable to connect the visual with the poetry.

Thank you, I wrote a haiku to comment, hope I had understood better.

The multi-imagery of ‘Quarrelsome’ is fantastic. Three lines is more than enough to make the brain ponder…

Beautiful writing. Especially loved Quarrelsome as I could relate to my fluttering eyes in the morning fighting.
