I have a real soft spot for lumber mills. I used to work in one! 🙂

I was in the Shipping department, so it was an office job. But there were parts of it that were pretty cool. You got to smell fresh cut wood all day. 🙂 One of the salesmen went out on the line when we had some really beautiful wood come through and picked out, board by board, his new living room floor! Pretty cool!

Wonderful thing about wooden furniture and such is they can be passed down through generations and be even more treasured for their scratches.
